Comics on Comics is proud to announce two blockbuster events scheduled to tape later this week!
On Wednesday, Sept. 24, award-winning novelist and critically-acclaimed comic scribe Brad Meltzer will tape a live interview, conducted by comedian Tom Franck, at 6:45 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble located at 16461 Ventura Blvd. in Encino, CA. This event is free to the public, so show up early to grab a good seat! Immediately following the interview, Meltzer will sign copies of his new Superman-related novel, The Book of Lies.
Then on Sunday, Sept. 28, Comics on Comics strikes again with its electrifying eighth episode! Host Robbie Peron welcomes Mark Evanier (Groo The Wanderer, Kirby: King of Comics) and international best-selling author Gregg Hurwitz (The Crime Writer, Punisher MAX) , along with comedians Asterios Kokkinos (National Lampoon, Cracked) and Kathryn Lyn (ManiaTV’s Arcade) for a special live show at the West Hollywood Book Fair! The taping begins at 5 p.m. at the Comics, Sci-Fi & Beyond Pavilion. Seating is limited, so get there early!
